How do I activate my KoreTrak warranty?

To activate your warranty, please click the link HERE or scan the QR code below, or on the card that was included in your shipment. From this link, have your order number ready (it should be in your email) and simply fill out the information on the form. Once the form is filled out, you will be emailed a separate confirmation email with your warranty information.
